甲醇转化制丙烯研究进展

摘要 对甲醇转化制烯烃反应中,可提高丙烯(CH3^=)收率的催化剂(如ZSM-5、斜发沸石、发光沸石)以及反应条件对丙烯收率的影响进行了综述。研究表明,通过调整反应物料组成,提高反应温度、压力及空速(WHSV)等,可以提高丙烯的收率。 The catalysts such as ZSM-5, clinoptilolite and mordenite which were used in promoting the selectivity of propylene on MTP(methanol to propylene), were summarized. The influences of the reaction conditions on MTP were also discussed. It was indicated that the propylene selectivity could be promoted by adjusting feed composition, increasing reaction temperature, WHSV and pressure.
