摘要
财务管理属于应用性较强的一门学科,在实际教学活动中需要培学生的分析和解决问题能力。但是,因为学科教学本身中存在很多公式、模型等计算内容,从而导致学生在学习过程中存在较多的负面情绪。教师若依然沿用传统的"填鸭式、灌输式"教学方法将会对学生的学习积极性、主动性产生影响,从而难以培养他们形成独立学习以及思考的好习惯。所谓的启发式教学是根据教学内容、目的、学生学习状况以及学科本身的规律,通过各种有效教学方法,选择启发诱导的方式来对学生进行能力培养以及知识传授。这种教学方法的运用关键就是通过创设各种问题情境来启发、引导学生的思维发展。启发式教学方法在高职财务管理教学工作中的运用有着现实的意义。
Financial management is an application oriented discipline. The teaching activities of the subject aim to foster the student's ability to analyze and solve problems. However, as there are many teaching contents, such as equations and models, requiring calculation,students have many negative emotions in the learning process. If teachers still take traditional teaching approaches like spoon feeding and cramming method, student learning initiative will be hurt and the good habit of independent learning and thinking will be difficult to shape.Heuristic teaching is a way of cultivating the student's ability and imparting knowledge by giving inspiration in the form of various teaching methods, according to teaching content, objectives, student situation and law of the discipline. The key of the teaching method is to create many problem situations for guiding student thinking development. The application of heuristic teaching in financial management programs of higher vocational schools has real meaning.
