摘要
"国培计划"作为国家启动的一项大工程,对教师教育技术能力的培养起到了重要的作用。但经过深入的调查和访谈,我们发现:大同地区的教师教育技术能力培训在课程设置、培训方式、培训管理体系以及参培教师自身等多个方面存在问题,并在此基础上提出,优化培训目标及内容,丰富培训方式,完善培训管理体系,重点通过外因影响内因,以期为该地区下一轮中小学教师教育技术能力培训提供一定的参考。
"National Training Program",a major project of the state,has been playing a very important role in the cultivation of teachers 'educational technology ability.But through in-depth investigation and interview,we found that there are problems in many aspects of Datong teachers 'educational technology ability training,such as curricular design,training methods,training management system and the teachers themselves.The paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions as follows:optimizing training objectives and contents, enriching training methods, perfecting the training management system,and influencing internal factors by means of external factors.We hope to provide some reference for next round of such training.
