摘要
标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)在全世界范围内越来越多地应用于临床技能培训和考核,但是如何使SP真正达到"标准化",国内外目前尚未形成统一的意见。根据同济大学SP的实施情况,结合文献报道,探讨了在SP志愿者的招募、培训流程以及人员管理等方面进行标准化设置的方法,并提出一些可行性方案和建议,以推进SP在我国的"标准化"进程。经过几年的实践发现,完善SP标准化体系对考核质量的提升有很好的作用。
The standardized patient (SP)is used increasingly worldwide in clinical skills training and assessment.However,there is no consensus at home and abroad as to how to make SP truly achieve standardization.Based on the implementation of SP at our college and referring to the literature,this paper discusses the standardized settings of SP volunteer recruitment,training procedure,and personnel management.Some feasible schemes and suggestions are also proposed to advance the standardization process of SP in China.Several years'practice shows that perfecting SP standardization system produces favorable effects in upgrading the quality of the assessment.
