摘要 目的探讨TBL结合CP教学法在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法将在漯河市中心医院妇产科实习的100名学生随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50人。实验组采用了TBL结合CP的教学法,而对照组采用的是一般的传统临床带教方法。结果课程结束后对教学效果进行评估、分析以及总结,得出采用TBL结合CP教学法的实验组学生其在理论成绩、实际操作能力、学习的积极性以及团队合作精神等方面均优于采用传统教学方法的对照组。结论采用TBL结合CP教学法与传统教学方法相比,提高了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学习的主动性,提高了教学效果。 Objective To explore the effects of application of TBL combined with CP in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Methods Students who practiced in the Department of Gynecology&Obstetrics of our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 50 students in each.TBL combined with CP was used in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was applied in the control group.Results At the conclusion of the course,teaching outcomes were evaluated,analyzed and summarized.The experimental group taught with TBL plus CP method outperformed the control group in theory test grade,practical ability,learning enthusiasm,and team cooperation.Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,TBL combined with CP can improve students'interest in learning,enhance their initiative in learning and improve teaching effects.
