摘要
目的探讨"以问题为基础的学习方法"(PBL)结合循证护理教学法(EBN)应用于儿科临床护理教学的效果。方法选取2012年7月—2014年5月在广西医科大学第一附属医院儿科实习的172名护生,以实习时间先后顺序分为2组,对照组(n=89)采用传统教学模式,研究组(n=83)采用PBL结合EBN的教学法,2组分别在入科前及出科时采用"大学生学习动机问卷"进行学习动机测评,并对2组护生出科时、入科前学习动机各维度得分差值、总分差值及实习考核成绩进行分析比较。结果实习结束时研究组求知兴趣、能力追求、声誉获取、利他倾向、内部动机、外部动机、学习动机总分、理论成绩、基础操作考核成绩均得到明显提高(P<0.001)。结论 PBL结合EBN的教学法可提高儿科实习护生的学习动机、实习成绩及自主学习的能力,为临床护理教学提供了科学依据。
Objective To investigate the teaching outcomes of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based nursing (EBN)in pediatric practice nursing.Methods A total of 172 undergraduate nursing students who did internship in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital between July 2012 and May 2015 were divided into two groups according to the order of internship time. Traditional teaching mode was implemented in the control group (n =89),while PBL plus EBN was implemented in the study group (n =83).The teaching outcomes in the two groups were compared based on the students'learning motivation questionnaire survey,total score difference and practice scores before and after internship.Results The students 'learning desire,ability seeking,reputation obtaining, altruistic tendency,internal motivation,external motivation,total score of learning motivation,theoretical test result,and the basic operation test results improved significantly in the study group compared with those in the control group (P =0.001 ).Conclusion PBL combined with EBN can improve nursing interns 'motivation,internship achievement,and autonomous learning ability, which provides the scientific basis for clinical nursing teaching.
