“一带一路”省区文化旅游产业效率研究——基于PCA-DEA组合模型

On the Efficiency of Cultural Tourist Industry in the Provinces along“One Belt and One Road”——Based on PCA-DEA Model

以提高"一带一路"18省区文化旅游产业的发展效率作为研究目的,构建"一带一路"省区文化旅游产业效率评价的投入产出指标体系,运用基于主成分分析的数据包络分析法,测算18省区文化旅游产业的产业发展效率。测算结果表明,"一带一路"省区文化旅游产业的平均发展效率较低,综合效率均值仅为0.798,综合效率的分解显示,"一带一路"省区文化旅游产业综合效率较低的原因主要源自于技术效率的低下。进一步采用Tobit模型进行"一带一路"省区文化旅游产业发展效率的影响因素分析,分析结果表明,区位熵、城镇化对于这些省区文化旅游产业发展效率具有显著的正向影响关系。

Based on the target of developing the cultural tourism industry in 'One Belt and One Road'provinces,we select refinement indicators to build input-output-degree-evaluation system for cultural tourism in 'One Belt and One Road'provinces.Furthermore,we analyze the efficiency of cultural tourism industry with principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis.Results show that in most of'One Belt and One Road'provinces,the efficiency of cultural tourism industry is low,and comprehensively low efficiency mainly comes from technical inefficiency.This paper also constructs tobit-model to analyze the influence factors of investment efficiency for cultural industry.The analysis results showed that entropy and urbanization have a significant and positive role in promoting cultural investment efficiency.
