民族文化视域下瑶族乡村旅游发展的问题及对策--基于广西桂林红岩新村的案例研究

On the Problems and Suggestions for Tourist Development in the Villages of Yao Nationality in the Perspective of National Culture——Based on the Case Study of Hongyan New Village in Guilin,Guangxi

通过广西桂林瑶族红岩新村的实地考察,研究发现:该村在新农村建设中取得了明显的成效,乡村旅游开发也有一定的基础。但是基于民族文化视域考察该村的旅游开发现状,还存在旅游发展影响文化传承、民族集体性意识淡薄、住宿与卫生环境还需改善、民族文化旅游项目少等问题。针对存在的问题,提出从用旅游经济促进文化的保护与传承,全面加强当地居民的教育培训,加强旅游基础设施的建设和改造,理顺乡村旅游开发的管理模式,重视决策沟通平台的建立五个方面的对策,来进一步促进瑶族地区乡村旅游的发展。

According to the investigation of Honyan New Village in Guilin,Guangxi,the author finds out that it has reached an obvious achievement in the activity of new village construction and built the foundations for rural tourist development.However,its situation of tourist development still exists some problems in the perspective of national culture:tourism is badly influencing the cultural heritage;the collective consciousness of the nationality is low;the environment of accommodation and sanitation need to be ameliorated;the tourist activities of national culture are in shortage.Aiming at the above problems,the author suggests that to further improve the development of tourism in Yao ethnic area,the local government take the following actions:protecting and inheriting the national culture by tourist economy,enhancing the education of local people by all means,strengthening the construction and amelioration of tourist infrastructure,clearing the developmental model of rural tourist management and emphasizing the establishment of the interactive stage of communication and decision-making.
