通过研究非PVC多层共挤膜的特性、非PVC软包装大容量注射剂灭菌工艺、水浴灭菌柜的特点,找到造成黄袋问题的原因,通过改造灭菌柜及定期清洁等方法,解决非PVC软包装大容量注射剂灭菌后出现的黄袋问题。

By studying of non -PVC multi -layer co -extruded film properties,the sterilization process of non -PVC packaging of large volume injections and the characteristics of the water bath sterilizer,the authors found the reasons for making the bags yellow.And the issue on the yellow bags after sterilization of non -PVC packaging large volume injections can be solved by the Methods of transformation and regular cleaning.
