摘要
分析了焦炭热性能测定反应炉刚玉质反应器下部破裂的原因,讨论了热性能炉上部密封状况对试验结果的影响,总结了不同制样方式对试验结果的影响。试验结果表明:刚玉质反应器下部与底盖之间的粘结剂应合理选择,热性能炉上部不密封会导致焦炭CSR偏低,机械制样相对于人工制样CSR偏高。
The cause of rupture at the lower part of corundum based reactor in the reaction furnace was analyzed in this paper,which was used to determinate thermal reactive capability of coke,the effect of the sealing condition of the upper part of the reaction furnace on the experimental results was also studied.The effects of different sampling methods on the experimental results were summarized.As shown by the experimental results,the adhesive between the lower part of the corundum based reactor and the bottom cover should be chosen properly.The CSRvalue of coke would be lower in case the upper part of the reaction furnace was not sealed,the CSR of mechanically prepared coke sample would be higher compared with that of manually prepared one.
