摘要
前门内板是典型的汽车内覆盖件,其零件结构复杂且容易出现冲压缺陷。国内某车型前门内板在冲压过程中出现了批量开裂,采用网格应变测量系统对该零件的开裂情况进行了分析,在冲压现场对易开裂区域进行了网格试验,通过对危险点的应变数据和截面线的应变分布进行对比和分析,探讨了开裂产生的原因并提出了有针对性的建议。
The front door inner panel is typical of automobile inner covering.The structure of this part is complicated and defects are apt to occurring when stamping.A batch of cracking appeared when a domestic car factory stamping the front door inner panels.Grid strain measurement system was applied to analyzing the cracking problem;grid strain experiment was carried out on the cracking areas.After compared the strain of critical points and strain distribution of section line,the cause of cracking was investigated and some corresponding suggestions was presented.
