BST2堆料机悬臂机构的故障分析与改造

摘要 随着产能增加,悬臂式堆料机的故障增多,常发生皮带跑偏、撕边、压料等现象,影响了正常生产组织,增加了检修强度和生产成本。从悬臂式堆料机的工艺机制及结构特点出发,对堆料机悬臂机构实施针对性的改造,主要包括:优化堆料工艺,改造中心漏斗,校正并优化悬臂机构。经过改良,消除设备缺陷,解决了悬臂皮带跑偏、打滑、压料等故障问题,有效地提高设备的可靠性。 With the increase of production capacity,the cantilever stacker faults were increased also,which affected the normal production,and increased maintenance labor intensity and production inputs.According to the process mechanisms and characteristics of the structure of cantilever,the cantilever stacker mechanism was especially improved,mainly including optimizing stacking crafts,reforming centers funnel,adjusting and optimizing the cantilever mechanism. Through the improvement,the defects of this equipment were eliminated,faults such as deviation,slipping,pressing of the cantilever belt were solved,and the reliability of the equipment was effectively improved.
