摘要
为了提高钢板侧喷标识的喷印质量,对现有的侧喷控制系统进行了研究和升级。其控制系统主要由PLC、上位机、以及喷码机组成。PLC的程序设计采用了顺控的设计方法,完成机架、喷头移动,底漆喷涂等动作的配合运动。上位机通过串口通讯向喷码机传递喷印信息。针对钢板放置歪斜,而导致侧喷头被撞的问题,提出了1种防撞的设计。改造调试后,该侧喷标识系统打印内容准确,字迹清楚,工作稳定。
To achieve the higher marking quality,the automation system of the plate edge marking machine was analyzed and upgraded.The system consists of PLC,PC and printing head.The motion of the frame and printing head as well as the printing were controlled by the PLC via the sequence control.Through the serial communication,the ID information of the plate was downloaded from the PLC to the printing head.To prevent the printing head from being damaged by the mis-aligned plate,an anti-collision design was proposed. After being upgraded and commissioned,the system can make the marking correctly,clearly,and steady.
