摘要
分析了美国CASTRIP生产线的主要产品质量与性能,介绍了武钢正在建设的真空炉冶炼+薄带连铸+温轧+冷轧方式生产0.10~0.30mm厚的Fe-6.5%w(Si)无取向电工钢示范线,提出了短流程炼钢及近终形连铸连轧的产业化的发展方向。
The qualities and properties of the main products from the CSATRIP line in USA were analyzed in this paper.The demonstration line under the construction in WISCO was introduced,which consisted of the vacuum melting,strip casting,warm rolling and cold rolling facilities.This line will be used to produce Fe-6.5 %w(Si)non-oriented silicon steel with 0.10~0.30 mm thickness.The industrialization tendency of the short-route steelmaking and near-net shape continuous casting and rolling was discussed also.
