载荷对椎间盘退变影响的在体动物实验模型研究进展

摘要 载荷与椎间盘退变之间的关系是研究椎间盘退变机制具的关键点,而设计制造合适的加载装置在动物体内进行加载实验对深入研究和探索载荷与椎间盘退变之间的关系十分重要。本文综述了国内外利用活体实验动物研探索载荷对椎间盘影响的研究,并且评价了各种在体动物模型的特点和优缺点,可以为研究载荷与椎间盘退变关系的研究者在动物模型的选择上提供一定的参考和帮助。 Compression loading may induce intervertebral disc degeneration( IDD), and the development of a proper loading device in animal model is essential for study of the mechanism of IDD. This article will describe a variety of loading devices used in different animal models in vivo,and discuss their characteristics and advantages.
