摘要
笔者采用稳健设计的田口实验方法,通过对松木L型构件整体式单榫连接进行ANSYS有限元模拟力学分析,研究其节点连接中各个设计因素对其最大形变量的影响,并通过信噪比因素效应分析,确定出松木L型构件连接结构的优化设计方案。结果表明:当松木L型构件构成形式为90°直角横材搭纵材,节点连接方式为直角榫,截面尺寸为256mm^2,榫头长度26mm时,最大形变值比初始状态降低了35.11%,信噪比提高了13.71%。利用ANSYS有限元软件结合稳健设计的田口实验方法可以减低松木家具结构质量特性的不稳健性,提高结构节点设计的安全性.降低结构设计成本,延长家具结构的使用寿命。
In this paper,the effect of design factors for deformation on L-shaped corner Motise and Tenon joint in pine was investigated using Finite Element Analysis with the Robust Design based on Taguchi Method.The most stable structure node parameters design of L-shaped corner Motise and Tenon joint in pine was determined through the Signal-to-Noise Ratio analysis.The results showed that the optimal condition decreased the deformation value by 35.11%than the initial condition and the Signal-to-Noise Ratio was improved by 13.71%when the L-shaped corner Motise and Tenon joint in pine was 90° post on the rail,square tenon,sectional dimension is 256mm2 and tenon length is 26 mm.The ANSYS Finite Element Software with Taguchi Method can be applied to optimize combination of structure design factors to increase the robustness of structure quality characteristics,improve the safety of the structure node design and reduce design cost prolonging the service life of furniture structure.
