内向型开放式创新对企业创新绩效的影响机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Inbound Open Innovation influence on the Enterprise Innovation Performance

企业的开放式创新模式更具创新优势内向型开放式创新作为企业获取知识、技术资源的重要方式和技巧,会对其绩效产生影响。但既有文献鲜有对内向型开放式创新影响创新绩效的传导机制予以揭示。因此,本文构建了内向型开放式创新、吸收能力、知识共享与创新绩效的理论模型,通过对中部地区高新技术企业的问卷调查,对概念模型进行实证检验。数据分析显示:内向型开放式创新及吸收能力对企业创新绩效均存在显著正向影响;吸收能力在内向型开放式创新与企业创新绩效之间存在着部分中介效应;知识共享在吸收能力与企业创新绩效之间存在着正向调节作用,即企业内部知识共享程度越高,吸收能力对企业创新绩效的正向作用越强。

The open innovation model has been proven more reasonable and comparably better than closed innovation, inbound open innovation has been the important way to acquire knowledge, technology and resources, enhancing enterprise innovation performance. But the existing literatures scarcely explore the mechanism of inbound open innovation influence the enterprise innovation performance. Therefore, this study constructs the theory model of inbound open innovation, absorptive capacity, knowledge sharing and innovation performance. Through the questionnaire survey of high and new technology enterprises in central China, and we have done empirical test on the conceptual model. Data analysis shows that the inbound open innovation . absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance were positively correlated relationship respectively： the absorptive capacity exists partial mediation effect between inbound open innovation and enterprise innovation performance： the knowledge sharing positively moderate the relationship of absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance, that is, the more Internal knowledge sharing, the stronger positively that the absorptive capacity is correlated with enterprise innovation performance.
