对比总结了国际组织、发达国家和我国标准化组织体系的特点，研究了在我国新型标准化组织体系的可行性，并选择特殊钢领域中的模具钢作为试点应用对象，探讨并总结了新型标准化组织体系试点应用成果和出现的问题。

The standardization organization systems of ISO, developed countries and China are compared and their respective characteristics are summarized. Then the feasibility of application of new standardization organization systems in China is discussed. Mould steels field is selected as a pilot application object to study and summarize the effect and problem of new standardization organization system.
