《煤浆输送管用钢板》国家标准解析

Analysis the national standard of 〈 Steel plate for coal slurry pipeline〉

目前在我国煤炭的运输主要依赖铁路和公路，更加高效环保的将煤炭转化成水煤浆通过管道输送的新型输送方式正方兴未艾。根据国内首条煤浆输送管道神渭输煤项目建设需要，我公司研发了煤浆输送用X65级钢板和直缝埋弧焊管，通过了新产品鉴定，填补了国内在这一领域的空白，并同步制定了《煤浆输送管用钢板》国家标准，填补了国内尚无煤浆输送管用钢板专用国家或行业标准的空白。本文介绍了该标准的制定背景、起草依据、标准的核心内容与实施要点，为宣传贯彻新标准打下基础。

Currently coal transport mainly relies on rail and road in China; the new pipeline transportation through converted solid coal into liquid coal which is more efficient and environmentally friendly is in the ascendant. We developed grade X65 steel plate and SAW steel pipe according to the needs of Shenwei coal project construction which is China＇s first coal slurry pipelines. X65 through the identification of new products and fill the gaps in this field, and we draft the national standard of 〈Steel plate for coal slurry pipeline〉to fill the gaps in no specific national or industry standard of steel plate for coal slurry pipeline. The background and the core contents of the standard and the key points of implementation were analyzed in this article to promote implementation of the new standard.
