摘要 针对SWRCH35K盘条在紧固件厂家使用时淬透性不稳定的问题,研究化学成分与淬透性之间的定量评价方法,应用合金化当量和半马距定量评价SWRCH35K的淬透性,通过定量化评价方法的指导,合理调整SWRCH35K盘条的化学成分,有效提高SWRCH35K盘条的淬透性,解决了淬透性不稳定的问题。 For the SWRCH35K in the use of wire rod fastener manufacturers hardenability instability problems, research on chemical composition and quenching method of quantitative evaluation of the application of alloying equivalent and half martensite distance quantitative evaluation the hardenability of SWRCH35K, through the quantitative guidance of evaluation methods, reasonable adjustment of chemical composition of the whole SWRCH35K wire rod, effective to improve the hardenability of SWRCH35K steel wire rod, solves the unstable problem of hardenability.
