Producing Area Change of Jiangsu Sea Salt

历史上江苏海盐产地曾发生很大的变化。从秦汉时期到清代,江苏海盐产地主要分布于淮河以南地区。民国时期,淮北地区成为江苏海盐产地的主要分布地区。江苏海盐产地的分布和变迁与海岸线变化、黄河改道等自然地理因素有着非常密切的关系。

The producing area of Jiangsu sea salt had greatly changed in history.From the Qin and Han Dynasties up to the Qing Dynasty,the producing areas of Jiangsu sea salt were mainly distributed south to Huai River.In the Republic of China,the region north to Huai River became the main producing area.The distribution and changes are closely related with the geographical factors such as coastline change and the change of the Yellow River in its courses.
