鉴于我国经济社会的发展,破产重整在经济社会发展中的地位作用越来越凸显,结合我国在此方面的现实状态,本文在研究过程中参考了西方国家在此方面的立法和其他方面的做法,分析了公司破产制度和重整程序中的债权人利益保护方面所存在的问题,提出了对债权人利益保护的相关建议。
