摘要
阐述了内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆对地电容不平衡E的定义,分析了在生产过程中各道工序对E值的影响,并给出了预防措施及控制要点,特别指出了星绞工序的设备状况对E值的影响不容忽视。只有保证内屏蔽铁路数字信号电缆的生产过程达到精确控制,才能生产出E值合格的产品,提高电缆的传输质量,确保铁路行车的安全性。
The definition of ground capacitance unbalance(E)for shield railway digital signal cable is described,and the control points on E value in the production process are analyzed,especially,the effect of star stranding equipment conditions on E value is pointed out that can not be ignored.The conclusion is that only to ensure consistency of each factor of production(as axial capacitor,tension,structure and so on),the product with qualified Evalue can be produced so that improving the transmission quality of the cable,and enhancing the security of locomotive running.
