摘要
介绍了Fenton氧化法对玉米淀粉废水经SBR处理后的出水进行了进一步处理,分别考察了H2O2投加量、Fe2+/H2O2投加比例、初始p H值、反应时间及温度对处理效果的影响。结果表明,当H2O2投加量为200 mg/L,Fe2+/H2O2投加比例为1.5,废水的初始p H值为4,反应时间为11 min,实验温度为30℃时,达到最佳处理效果,CODCr从600 mg/L降至117 mg/L,去除率达到80.5%,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。
Fenton oxidation method for further treating cornstarch wastewater treated by SBR was introduced. Influence of H2O2 dosage, Fe^2+/H2O2 ratio, initial p H value, and reaction time and reaction temperature on the treatment effect was investigated. The results show that CODCr can decrease from 600 mg/L to 117 mg/L after Fenton oxidation treatment under the condition as follows: H2O2 dosage 200 m L/L, Fe^2+/H2O2 1.5, initial p H value 6.5, reaction time 4h and reaction temperature 30℃.Treated wastewater can reach II-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
