摘要
通过冷原子荧光光度法重复测定样品中的汞建立不确定度评定数学模型,系统分析和量化不确定度各分量。分析了测量过程中的不确定度主要来源于样品制备的不确定度、标准物质引入的不确定度、曲线拟合中产生的不确定度以及重复试验的不确定度,保证了测量结果的可靠性和可比性。
Mercury content in samples was repeatedly determined by cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established. The uncertainty components were analyzed and quantified. The main sources of the measurement uncertainty were investigated.
