摘要
通过梳理文献,学生访谈、就业能力问卷调查相结合的方式,确定了大学生就业能力结构;通过对太原市三所高校大学毕业生的数据分析,发现大学生就业能力整体处于中等水平;在调研基础上提出以目标管理理论为基础,高校要加强对大学生就业能力的培养等建议。
Through literature review, students' interviews, questionnaire surveys on students' employability, the paper definesthe construct of college students' employability. By analyzing the data of college students from three universities in Taiyuan city, itfinds that college students' employability is the average level as a whole. Based on the surveys, proposals are put forward in thispaper, colleges must strengthen the training of college students' employability under the theory of objective management.
