摘要
介绍了单轴及双轴三偏心金属密封蝶阀的结构特点、工作原理及其在工业生产中的应用。通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench模拟分析了单轴三偏心金属密封蝶阀的强度,并与双轴结构三偏心金属密封蝶阀的强度进行对比,给出了三偏心金属密封蝶阀的单轴结构满足与双轴相同应力强度的设计过程及分析结论。
The paper introduces structure characteristics, working principle and its application of uniaxial and biaxial triple eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve, by the finite element software ANSYS Work- bench, simulation analysis on uniaxial triple - eccentric hard seal butterfly valve and its strength was carried out, by the comparison of the strength of the biaxial triple - eccentric hard seal butterfly valve, gives the design process and experiment conclusion that the uniaxial structure of triple - eccentric hard seal butterfly valve meets the same stress intensity as the biaxial structure.
