校企合作是培育职校生职业精神的重要途径。通过分析学校和企业培育职校生职业精神的合作条件,设计了序列化的教育内容,分别为树立职业榜样,加强职业理想教育;激发专业兴趣,提升职业情意能力;创设职业情景,强化职业责任意识,并在此基础上重点探讨了创新精神、责任意识与诚信观念的培育。同时,校企合作通过完善职业精神培育的理论平台、实践平台与文化平台,提高对职校生职业精神培育的质量,从而切实提升现代职业教育人才素质和创造附加价值的能力。

College-enterprise cooperation is a vital approach to the cultivation of professionalism in vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the condition of college-enterprise cooperation, the serialized contents are designed. They are： set an example to strengthen the vocational ideal education;stimulate vocational interest to improve vocational affective ability;create vocational situation to strengthen the awareness of responsibility. Meanwhile, The cultivation of innovation spirit, responsibility consciousness and sincerity are highlighted. In a word,college-enterprise cooperation can promote the talent training quality through perfecting the theory, practice and culture platforms of professionalism cultivation.
