摘要
中国的民俗体育既是传统文化的重要组成部分,也是世界性体育文化的重要构成因素。我国千百年来各民族的团结和民俗体育的有效传承,使民俗体育的发展有着丰富的文化积淀和中国特色。对职业院校体育教学中开展民俗体育的必要性和途径加以探讨,有利于促进我国民俗体育的发展,使我国的民俗体育得到有效传承。
Folk sports is an important part and component in both Chinese traditional culture and world sports culture. For the past centuries, China has developed her rich folk sports culture with Chinese characteristics due to every ethnic group＇s contribution in China. The discussion about the necessities and approaches of folk sports in the physical education in vocational schools is beneficial to promoting the development and inheritance of China＇s folk sports.
