摘要
英国技能委员会针对英国的"14~19岁教育"提出了"教师培训是否与现行的教育系统匹配"的问题,并在2010年2月23日提出了《职业教育教师培训》调查报告,对英国的职业教育教师培训提出了具体建议。研究英国的《职业教育教师培训》调查报告和具有代表性的职教教师培训政策反馈机制,对于构建和完善具有中国特色的职业教育体系,尤其是职教教师培训制度具有重要的价值和意义。
The UK Skills Commission raised the question of "whether teacher training matches the current education system" regarding "14-19 education" and on February 23 rd, 2010 advanced a survey report titled Teacher Training in Vocational Education, in which specific suggestions on teacher training in UK's vocational education were put forward. Research on the survey report and the representative feedback mechanism of teacher training policies in vocational education are of great value and significance for the construction and improvement of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics, especially for the teacher training system of vocational education.
