Control Points of Building Foundation Pit Cost Based on the Owner's Perspective

基于业主视角,分阶段分析梳理基坑工程造价控制要点:工程项目策划阶段要组织多专业人员参与,尽量与周边地块协同开发;勘察设计阶段要重视勘察和原位测试、进行多方案比选、建立奖励机制以优化设计、进行基坑支护技术评审;施工阶段要求编制专项施工方案、加强施工过程巡查和施工质量监控。

Based on the perspective of the owners,this paper analyzes the key points of the cost control of the foundation pit. In planning stage,professicnals from different majors should participate and cooperate with surrounding land as soon as possible. In survey and design stage,project managers should pay more attention to the surveying and in-situ testing,compare various construction plans,optimize the designs by setting up a reward system,and hold foundation pit supporting technology reviews. In construction stage,project managers should compile special construction plan,strengthen supervision during the construction process.
