Taking Shanghai Jianke consulting team as an example,based on the perspective of resource integration,this paper expounds the evolution process of project control team ability corresponding to resource integration＂resource judgment,resource acquisition,resources allocation,resource utilization＂,the process can be summarized as perceiving market trends and needs of owners,identifying the selection and match market demand,activating the selected resources and integrate effectively,creating value by application of resources.
