基于资源整合的视角,以上海建科咨询团队为案例,提出与资源整合"资源梳理、资源获取、资源配置、资源应用"相对应的项目总控团队能力提升过程,可以归纳为:洞察市场趋势和业主需求、选取符合市场需求的资源、高效融合所选取的资源、提供总控服务创造价值。
Taking Shanghai Jianke consulting team as an example,based on the perspective of resource integration,this paper expounds the evolution process of project control team ability corresponding to resource integration"resource judgment,resource acquisition,resources allocation,resource utilization",the process can be summarized as perceiving market trends and needs of owners,identifying the selection and match market demand,activating the selected resources and integrate effectively,creating value by application of resources.
