Research on Building Cooperative Design Based on BIM

针对BIM技术在建筑协同设计应用中的难点和障碍,从Revit软件操作层面和制度层面分析基于BIM技术的协同设计的协同准备要点和方法;在此基础上,就BIM协同设计模式的应用推广提出避免信息不对称、确保模型集成后的规范管理等建议。

Aimed at the difficulties and obstacles in the application of BIM technology in building collaborative design,the paper analyzes key points and methods of collaborative preparation from Revit operation level and the system level of building collaborative design based on BIM. Then,proposes suggestions to assist its application and generalization,such as avoiding information asymmetry and ensuring standard management after model integration.
