轮叶蒲桃优良单株叶片形态特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用LA-S植物图像分析仪,对9个优良单株的轮叶蒲桃春梢新叶的第1至第5个叶位的叶长、叶宽、叶面积和叶形指数进行测量,根据得出的数据进行叶片形态特征对比和分析,结果表明不同单株的叶片大小、叶形指数存在较大的差异,不同单株的叶片发育的过程基本相似,叶长发育略早于叶宽约1个叶位,叶片的形态在叶片成长稳定前是处于一种变化状态中,第4个叶位的叶片基本发育成形。通过对优良单株叶片形态特征的对比分析,了解不同类型在相同环境下叶片的生长特征,试图为今后开发和利用提供更精确的参考依据。 Using LA-S plant image analyzer, spring shoots' new leaves of 9 fine individual plants of Syzygium grijsii were measured from first to fifth leaf for its leaf-length, leaf-width, leaf area and leaf shape index. Leaf shape and features were compared and analyzed according to the data, the result showed leaf size and leaf index had great discrepant in different plants; The leaf development process is similar in different plants, leaf length development is earlier than leaf width development for about 1 leaf position; The leaf shape is in the changeable condition before stable growth, the fourth leaf was basically well formed. Through comparative analysis of morphological characteristics of the fine individual leaf, understand the growth characteristics of different types of blades in the same environment, trying to provide more accurate references for the development and utilization in the future.
