超低频覆膜采脂技术研究

摘要 通过研究认为,超低频覆膜采脂技术在降低采割频率(刮皮刀具每19天1刀,广西刀具12天1刀)的情况下,可比常规采脂分别增加产量29%和19%。松脂松节油含量增加28%,松脂内无杂质,质量大为提高。劳动效率提高3倍以上。树木受到更好保护同时,得到更有效的利用。该技术使产流脂达到更高效的动态平衡,具有很大的经济、社会、生态综合效益。 According to the study, in case of reducing cutting frequency, as 19 days one knife with skin scraping tool and 12 days one knife with Guangxi tool, technologies of super-low-frequency film-mulched resin tapping can increase yield of 29%and 19%, respectively, compared with the conventional resin tapping. Resin turpentine content increased by 28%, without impurities in resin, high quality. Labor efficiency increased by more than 3 times. At the same time, trees were better protected to be more effective using. This technology can make produced resinosis achieve more efficient dynamic balance,with great comprehensive benefits of economy, society and ecology.
