儿童轻微颅脑损伤出血诊断中磁敏感加权成像及FLAIR序列应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨于儿童轻微颅脑损伤出血的临床诊断中,磁敏感加权成像(SWI)及液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)的应用价值。方法选取轻微颅脑损伤患儿48例,对其行常规MRI(T1WI、T2WI)、FLAIR及SWI序列进行扫描,比较3种成像方法显示的颅内出血灶的大小、位置及数量。结果参与本次研究48例患儿检测结果中,常规MRI、SWI及FLAIR序列分别检出脑实质出血灶96/223/81个;检出硬膜外/下出血灶60/60/59个;检出SAH出血灶10/17/23个。其中脑实质出血灶一项SWI检出数量显著高于其它两种检查方法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);于SAH一项FLAIR与SWI方法检测结果差异无统计学意义、与常规MRI检测结果对比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SWI序列可对患儿脑微出血进行更为精确的成像,于SAH的检测方面FLAIR应用价值极高,综合使用MRI扫描可有效对儿童轻微颅脑损伤出血进行诊断。
