经额外侧锁孔入路夹闭前循环动脉瘤36例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析经额外侧锁孔入路治疗前循环动脉瘤的治疗效果。方法选择颅内动脉瘤患者36例、共40个前循环动脉瘤均采用经额外侧锁孔入路夹闭,术前均行腰穿置管引流,术后均行影像学复查。结果 36例、共40个前循环动脉瘤全部一次成功夹闭,无术中死亡及手术入路相关并发症,随访未见复发。结论应用经额外侧锁孔入路手术治疗前循环动脉瘤可行、安全、微创。 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of frontolateral approach for cerebral anterior circulation aneurysms.Methods Thirty-six patients with forty aneurysms underwent frontolateral approach. Adjuvant lumbar continous drainage of CSF were used before all the operations, imaging reviews were proceeded after all the operations.Results All the 40 aneurysms in 36 patients were successfully clipped and no one expired. No approach-related severe complications occurred. The follow-up visits showed no relapse.Conclusion It is feasible,safe and minimally invasive for the application of frontal lateral approach in the clipping of cerebral anterior circulating aneurysms.
