体外反搏治疗冠心病护理效果观察

目的探讨体外反搏治疗冠心病临床护理方法及效果。方法选取的冠心病行体外反搏治疗患者,观察组(n=87)行综合护理,对照组(n=87)行早期常规护理,观察2组患者焦虑心理、护理依从性及治疗效果。结果观察组焦虑评分为(35.91±3.67)分,显著高于对照组(47.46±4.32)分;观察组护理依从率为90.80%,显著高于对照组78.16%;观察组治疗总有效率为88.51%,显著高于对照组66.67%;2组患者以上数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病行体外反搏治疗过程中,实施综合护理,开展健康教育,进行心理干预,能有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高依从性及治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the nursing measure and effect of external counterpulsation on coronary.Methods Patients with coronary heart disease who were treatedwith external counterpulsation were selected. The observation group was received integrated care, the control group was given early routine care. Anxiety score, compliance to care and effect between the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score (35.91±3.67) points in the observation group wassignificantly higher than in the control group (47.46±4.32) points; the compliance to care in the observation group 90.80%, was significantly higher than 78.16% in the observation group; the total effective rate 88.51% in the observation group was significantly higher than 59.79% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of external counterpulsation in the treatment of coronary heart disease, It that integrated care, health education and psychological intervention can effectively relieve negative emotions, improve compliance and effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
