颈椎前路手术围手术期护理

目的探讨颈椎前路手术的围术期进行护理干预的方法。方法针对36例接受了颈椎前路手术的患者进行充分的术前指导、训练以及术后的锻炼、指导等全面的护理干预模式。结果通过对36例患者护理,无护理并发症发生,除1例带管回家,余35例痊愈出院。结论针对患者在术前以及术后的健康教育进行适当的强化,同时提升心理护理的水平,更加积极地帮助患者充分了解功能锻炼恰当时机以及正确方法等,这也是保证患者能够顺利度过围术期并保证手术顺利完成的重点。

Methods 36 patients with anterior cervical surgery preoperative psychological guidance, preoperative training nursing, postoperative functional exercise and rehabilitation guidance.
