摘要
将龙湾铁矿尾砂与425#水泥按一定比例混合,制成灰砂比为1∶4、1∶6、1∶10,质量分数均为70%的全尾砂充填体试块。在其他环境条件一定的情况下,通过单轴压缩蠕变试验着重考察了充填体在不同配比下的变化情况以及配比对蠕变的影响。试验结果表明:灰砂比比值越高,等速蠕变阶段持续时间越长;蠕变过程中,试块微观单元符合弹-脆性破坏;利用蠕变数据确定本构模型,拟合出本构方程。
Tailings from Longwan Iron Mine are mixed with425# cement in a certain proportion to make full tailing filling body blocks,which are made of lime-sand ratio of 1∶4,1∶6,1∶10at concentration of 70%.In the case of other environmental conditions,the uniaxial compressing creep tests done focus on the change of filling body in different proportions and effects of the proportion on creep.The test results showed that lime-sand ratio value higher speed creep phase lasts longer;creep specimens in micro units comply with the elastic-brittle failure;creep constitutive model of data is used to determine constitutive model and make constitutive model fitting.
