摘要
本文设计了一种基于锁相环实现的具有频率识别功能的准谐振高压电源。采用CD4046锁相环相位比较器对输入频率信号进行检测及判断,并通过比较器对高压输出进行使能控制。通过对传统单端反激电路的改进,克服了变压器漏感过大的问题,并利用谐振使高压电源处于理想的工作状态。最终设计的电路实现24V^31V输入条件下,输出电压4000±40V,高压建立时间小于0.8s,稳态电流小于0.25A,频率识别范围20 k Hz^40k Hz。
A quasi-resonant high voltage power supply with frequency discriminator based CD40406 PPL was presented. Through the optimization of circuit design to overcome the problem of the large leakage inductance of the transformer, the LC resonant let high voltage power supply work in an ideal state. The final design of the circuit toachieve the output voltage 4000±40V when the input voltage 24V~31V, the rise time is less than 0.8s, steady state current small in 0.25 A.
