摘要
电化学超级电容器简称超级电容器,作为一种新型的储能装置,在电力系统中具有广阔的应用前景。建立一个能精确反映实际工作特性的模型,对于超级电容器的合理使用、性能优化和系统仿真具有重要的研究意义。本文介绍了超级电容器的基本工作原理,综述了现有的各种超级电容器模型,详细分析了各种模型的特点和适用范围,针对在工程中应用最多的等效电路模型进行了实验验证,并对实验结果和模型结构进行了深入探讨。通过分析超级电容器建模研究现状和存在的不足,展望了超级电容器建模研究的发展趋势和研究重点。
Electrochemical capacitor referred to as super-capacitor,as a new type of energy storage device in the power system has broad application prospect.To establish a can accurately reflect the actual job characteristics model for super capacitor reasonable use,performance optimization and system simulation is an important research significance.This paper introduces the basic working principle of super-capacitor,summarizes all kinds of super capacitor model,detailed the characteristics of each model were analyzed and the applicable scope,in view of the applied in the project most of the equivalent circuit model validated by experiment,the experimental results and the model structure is discussed,through the analysis of the super capacitor modeling research present situation and deficiency,and looks forward to the super-capacitor modeling research development trend and research emphases.
