摘要 主要描述了邢钢2#烧结机主抽风机调速系统的改进方案。详细介绍了高压变频调速系统的工作原理,与工频调速方式相比的优越性。通过风机调速方式的改进,达到了节能环保、节约资金的目的。此外,高压变频调速系统可以延长设备的使用寿命,是一种节能有效的调速方式。 The upgrading program for the speed regulation system of the main draft fan of Xingtai Steel's No.2 sinter plant is described. The operation principle of high-voltage frequency-adjusting speed regulation system and its advantages over power frequency speed regulation are introduced in detail. Through upgrading of the fan speed regulation mode, the goal of energy saving, environment protection and cost reduction has been achieved. Furthermore,the high-voltage frequency-adjusting speed regulation system can increase the service life of the equipment. It is an energy saving and effective speed regulation mode.
