摘要
首钢京唐公司制氢站一二步压缩机并联运行,一步压缩机排气量和排气压力波动较大,通过对比一二步压缩机主要部件进行分析,发现了影响一步压缩机稳定运行的原因,通过对一步压缩机阀片的技术改造,稳定了一步压缩机排气量和排气压力,收到了显著效果。
The one-step and two step compressors of Shougang Jingtang hydrogen generation station operate in parallel, but the discharge capacity and discharge pressure of the one-step compressor fluctuate greatly. The cause of the operation instability of the one-step compressor was found out by comparing and analyzing the main components of the one-step and two-step compressors. Through technological modification of the valve plate in the one-step compressor, the discharge capacity and discharge pressure were stabilized, achieving good results.
