现代性与城市治理——以国外马克思主义空间批判为线索

A Modernity and Urban Governance——By the Clue of Space Critique of Foreign Marxism

现代性给当代城市发展带来新的问题——空间问题,城市治理相较于其传统意义而言,出现了一种崭新的治理视野——空间治理。本文尝试从现代性的宏大视野出发,以空间批判特别是国外马克思主义空间批判为线索,立足于城市政治,站在城市空间治理的全新高度,从理论和现实两个方面阐述现代性的空间的视野和城市治理的空间维度,在此基础上提炼出城市空间治理的五大问题对象和四大问题对策,以此突破城市治理的空间治理瓶颈,实现城市"善"治。

Modernity is causing a kind of new issue which is called space issue for the development of modern cities. Therefore,a new dimension of space appears in urban governance compared with its traditional meaning. This paper tries to interpret both theoretically and practically from the grand view of modernity that modernity has a space perspective and a space dimension of the urban governance based on the urban politics and space governance. In the end,this paper summarizes five critical problems and four countermeasures on urban space governance to break through the bottleneck of space governance in the process of urban governance and realize good governance.
