摘要
本文利用Ti-1.2Al-2TiC体系的原位反应制备Ti_3AlC_2陶瓷。结果表明:理想的制备温度为1350℃,对应产物中Ti_3AlC_2的含量为90.62wt.%,其结构为典型的层状结构。密度、硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为4.24 g/cm^3、3.54 GPa、517.45 MPa和6.86 MPa·m^(1/2)。
High-purity Ti_3AlC_2 was prepared by in situ reaction process of Ti-1.2Al-2TiC system. The ideal preparation temperature is 1350 ℃. The Ti_3AlC_2 purity of the product corresponding to 2TiC-Ti-1.2Al system is 90.62 wt.%. A layered structure can be obtained. The density, Vickers hardness, flexural strength and fracture toughness of the product are 4.24 g/cm^3, 3.54 GPa, 517.45 MPa and 6.86 MPa·m^(1/2), respectively.
