摘要 目的:探讨足部双能量CT痛风石成像存在伪影类型及发生率。方法:回顾性分析因足部肿痛行双能量CT扫描的42例患者资料。两名有经验的影像科医师对图像独立进行评价,判定双能量痛风石图像上伪影的有无。结果:30例患者(71.42%)的双能量痛风石图像出现伪影,其中29例患者(69.04%)出现指甲伪影,5例患者(11.9%)出现皮肤伪影,2例患者(4.76%)出现运动伪影,2例患者(4.76%)出现亚毫米伪影。结论:足部双能量痛风石成像常出现伪影,了解这些伪影的特点有助于提高诊断的准确率。 Purpose:To evaluate the types and incidence of artifacts in Dual-Energy CT(DECT) of the foot. Method:A total of 42 patients with foot pain were undergone DECT of foot. Two trained radiologists evaluated the artifacts of the tophus on DECT. Result: Thirty(71.42%) cases showed some form of artifact. Nail bed artifact was seen in twenty-nine patients(69.04%). Skin artifact was seen in five patients(11.9%). Motion artifact was seen in two patients(4.76%). Submillimeter artifact was seen in two patients(4.76%). Conclusion: Artifacts of tophus on DECT are common. Knowledge of these artifacts is essential for the radiologist to diagnosis the gout accurately.
