摘要
目的:探讨足部双能量CT痛风石成像存在伪影类型及发生率。方法:回顾性分析因足部肿痛行双能量CT扫描的42例患者资料。两名有经验的影像科医师对图像独立进行评价,判定双能量痛风石图像上伪影的有无。结果:30例患者(71.42%)的双能量痛风石图像出现伪影,其中29例患者(69.04%)出现指甲伪影,5例患者(11.9%)出现皮肤伪影,2例患者(4.76%)出现运动伪影,2例患者(4.76%)出现亚毫米伪影。结论:足部双能量痛风石成像常出现伪影,了解这些伪影的特点有助于提高诊断的准确率。
Purpose：To evaluate the types and incidence of artifacts in Dual-Energy CT（DECT） of the foot. Method：A total of 42 patients with foot pain were undergone DECT of foot. Two trained radiologists evaluated the artifacts of the tophus on DECT. Result： Thirty（71.42%） cases showed some form of artifact. Nail bed artifact was seen in twenty-nine patients（69.04%）. Skin artifact was seen in five patients（11.9%）. Motion artifact was seen in two patients（4.76%）. Submillimeter artifact was seen in two patients（4.76%）. Conclusion： Artifacts of tophus on DECT are common. Knowledge of these artifacts is essential for the radiologist to diagnosis the gout accurately.
