摘要
新微格教学模式是从微格教学的理论发展而来的,它将教师职业技能进行了科学的划分,提倡微技能训练,充分利用现代化教学手段来组织教学,具有自由、便利和实效的优点。本文选取了萍乡学院2012级英语本科两个班为研究对象(其中1班为实验班,2班为对照班),在实验班运用新微格教学模式,而对照班则采用传统教学模式,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式进行数据收集和分析。研究新微格教学模式在英语教学法课程中的应用能否达到改革课程的教学方法和模式,提高教学效率和提升学生师范技能水平的目的。
New microteaching model developed from the basic theory of microteaching, which scientifically categorizes the professional teaching skills and encourages the micro-skill training, making full use of modern teaching methods. Its advantages lie in option, convenience and effectiveness. The study is conducted with two English-major classes as objects, the one is experimental class in which new microteaching model is applied, the other is comparative class in which traditional teaching model is kept using. Data collection and analysis are from questionnaire survey and interviews, aiming to learn if new microteaching model is able to innovate the teaching methods, so as to improve the teaching efficiency and the training of the students' professional skills.
