摘要
介绍了固定海上结构用大厚度钢板S460G2+QT的主要技术难点和试制生产工艺,通过理论分析及试验,确定了大厚度钢板的成分体系及关键生产工艺。结果表明:试制钢板的成分设计合理,各项力学性能良好,组织均匀细化,易焊接。
The article describes the main technical bottleneck and trial production process of large thickness steel plate for stationary offshore structure,establishes composition system and key production process for the steel by theoretical analysis and tests. The study results show that the trial- produced steel plate is of rational composition design,good mechanical properties of all items,uniform and refined microstructure and good weldability.
