摘要
应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等检测方法分析Q235B中厚板边部皮下气泡缺陷。皮下气泡的产生主要由于潮湿原料中的水分被带入钢液后产生氢气泡所致。通过提前加入精炼用石灰、延长精炼和净吹时间等工艺手段,Q235B中厚板的皮下气泡缺陷得到有效控制。
The paper describes the analysis on sub- surface blowhole defect at the edge of Q235 B medium steel plate by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The blowholes are mainly caused by hydrogen gas bubble generated from the moisture in wet raw material. Taking measures such as feeding lime for refining in advance,prolonging refining and net blowing time,the sub- surface blowhole defects are effectively controlled.
